OUR SERVICES |
Training Design, Development, Delivery: SPC designs, develops, and delivers action oriented training programs to support strategic change, build critical skills, and provide ways of thinking, operating and interacting. Organization Development: SPC facilitators work with groups throughout the organization to build teams, assess and improve operating effectiveness, align goals and address conflict within and between units, build strategic capabilities, and improve service delivery and client satisfaction. SPC also offers facilitation services. Coaching and Consultation: SPC coaches work one-on-one to develop and refine skills in: strategic thinking, performance planning, managing, coaching, and leading change. Coaches assist managers needing interpersonal or communication skill development; managers in transition, for example, from technical to managerial responsibilities; those transferring from one cultural environment to another; or, from individual contributor to team member. |

CONSULTANT BIOS |
Richard GreenFor the past 20 years, Richard has specialized in consulting to senior management on issues of self-development, strategic planning, organizational performance, leadership and team development. He has worked with a variety of clients including financial service institutions, labor organizations, building trades, high tech companies and non-profit organizations helping them increase their abilities to contribute to significant business improvements. Richard's professional experience includes new product development, marketing and operations management with several Fortune 500 companies including Montgomery Ward and Citibank-Diners Club,, where he was responsible for new business ventures and product development. He is currently on the faculty of Pratt Institute's Design Management Program teaching Innovation and Change, Strategic Leadership, and Strategic Marketing and is teaching Principles of Advertising at Fordham University. He has taught Managing Change at New York University's Stern Graduate School of Business, and Marketing Communications at Yeshiva University.Mary Mc BrideMary's professional business experience spans several areas: marketing, strategic planning, design management, operations analysis and organization development. Prior to SPC International, Mary worked in both business and nonprofit organizations. Her consulting work with nonprofits includes work with community service agencies, arts organizations, hospitals, schools and foundations. She has worked with city, state, and international agencies to develop strategies for managing change and improving service delivery. In the private sector, Mary is an executive coach to international business leaders in a variety of industries. As leader of the SPC change management practice, her work in organizations to develop and effectively implement strategies for planned change spans publishing and entertainment, financial services, technology, retail store development, apparel and packaging, product design and merchandising. Mary received her business training at NYU's Graduate School of Business and also earned an MA and Ph.D. from NYU specializing in Marketing Communications and Systems Analysis with a focus on the design of organizational systems and management structures for peak performance. She was Director of the Management Decision Laboratory at NYU's Graduate School of Business and is currently a clinical professor at NYU and Director of the Pratt Institute graduate program in Design Management. |
